KastorBook a demo

See your own week run on one record.

Bring one department and a real week of work. In about thirty minutes we put it through Kastor: an enquiry arriving, moving through your stages, becoming a signed agreement, becoming an invoice, and landing in margin. The same record the whole way, with agents doing the parts nobody should be doing by hand.

  • Your enquiry to cash loop on one record, with the handovers taken out
  • Agents that write the invoice and chase it, not agents that answer questions
  • What your receivables number is today, and what it looks like after
  • Your model running inside your own environment, with the data staying there
No trial signup and no card details One follow up, then we stop Your data stays in your environment We bring the questions, you bring one real week

Request your demo

Five fields and a consent box. We reply within one business day.

How did you hear about Kastor?

We use this to prepare the call and to reply. We do not sell it on or add you to a list you did not ask for.

What happens next

Three steps, and no sales process hiding behind them.

A demo request usually buys you a discovery call, then a qualification call, then a demo. This is one call, and the useful part of it happens in the first ten minutes.

01

A reply within one business day

Two or three times to choose from, and one question back so the call starts in the right place rather than starting at the beginning.

02

Thirty minutes on your own numbers

Not a slide deck. One department, one real week of work, and the loop running against it while you watch. Bring whoever argues with the numbers.

03

You keep the map either way

A written view of every point where your current setup asks a person to carry something between two systems. That is yours whether you go further or not.

Not ready to book anything?

Fair enough. Read the lead to cash page instead. It makes the whole case in about six minutes and asks nothing of you. When it stops being theoretical, the form is still here.

KASTOR / TERMS

Terms of service

Effective date: August 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 11, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Kastor, an aKillion company, including all associated products, AI agents, automations, dashboards, and related services (collectively, "the Services"). By using Kastor, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

1. Use of the platform

Kastor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your business purposes. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform
  • Use the Services to build competing tools or datasets
  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of industry regulations
  • Misrepresent your identity or business when using AI-driven features

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.

2. Customer data and content

"Customer Data" includes all information, prompts, uploads, integrations, contacts, and records you provide to Kastor.

You retain ownership of your Customer Data. By using the Services, you grant Kastor the right to process, store, and use Customer Data solely to operate and improve the platform in accordance with these Terms.

Kastor does not sell Customer Data and does not use it to train public AI models.

3. AI-generated outputs

The Services include AI-powered features across every department — CRM, Operations, Finance, Billing, Partners, People, and Control — such as automated replies, drafted documents, invoicing actions, lead scoring, and recommendations.

You acknowledge:

  • AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content used in your business
  • You control approvals, guardrails, and instructions that guide agent behavior

Kastor is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated output.

4. Data privacy and security

Kastor maintains security practices designed to protect Customer Data, including encryption, controlled model execution, and restricted access protocols.

You agree to:

  • Use the Services in compliance with applicable data privacy laws
  • Not upload sensitive personal information unless your configuration and legal requirements permit it
  • Notify Kastor immediately if you believe your account security has been compromised

More detail is provided in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fair use and communication compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Kastor's communication and automation tools complies with all applicable laws, including:

  • SMS and email regulations
  • Consent requirements
  • Industry-specific communication rules
  • Do Not Call and opt-out standards

Kastor may suspend access to messaging features if usage violates compliance standards or platform abuse rules.

6. Payment, subscriptions, and billing

Access to the Services may require a subscription or plan. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees on time
  • Maintain valid payment information
  • Accept that fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

Plans may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Pricing for enterprise or private label accounts is governed by separate agreements.

7. Service modifications

Kastor may update, enhance, or modify platform features to improve performance and functionality. This may include:

  • Adding or removing features
  • Updating user interfaces
  • Upgrading underlying AI models
  • Improving security or data handling

Changes will not remove your access to purchased core functionality without notice.

8. Availability and support

Kastor aims to maintain stable uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen outages may occur. Support tiers depend on your selected plan; priority or dedicated support is available for certain accounts.

9. Acceptable use restrictions

You may not:

  • Use the platform for illegal activities
  • Send harmful, deceptive, or abusive messages
  • Upload malicious code
  • Interfere with platform performance or security
  • Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
  • Use AI features to impersonate individuals or misrepresent credentials

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

10. Third-party integrations

The platform may integrate with external services such as SMS providers, email systems, payment processors, and cloud hosting partners.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their independent terms. Kastor is not responsible for data handling or downtime associated with external tools.

11. Intellectual property

All rights to the platform, architecture, AI features, design, analytics, agent behavior, workflows, and software belong to Kastor and aKillion.

You may not:

  • Copy platform features
  • Publicly disclose platform benchmarks
  • Resell platform components without a private label or wholesale contract

Private label partners must follow branding and usage requirements set in separate agreements.

12. Termination

Kastor may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Usage poses a security or compliance risk

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Fees already paid are not refundable unless otherwise stated.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Kastor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Liability in all cases is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months

This includes claims arising from AI-generated errors, messaging outcomes, platform downtime, integration failures, and data inaccuracies.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Kastor's parent company, aKillion, is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. Updates to these terms

Kastor may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
